Pump.fun recently made changes rewarding creators at a much higher rate. This presents an opportunity to use PumpSwap fees to build up a large Bitcoin treasury over multiple months and distribute rewards to holders.

Based on the percentage holding of $MSTR, you will be entitled to an equal share of the Bitcoin treasury. We're allowing the treasury to build up over 3 months and then we distribute 50% of the treasury to holders. If you own 2% of $MSTR, you get 1% of the treasury every 3 months.

As the value of Bitcoin tends to trend up (or remain high), your bags will accumulate inherent value despite the performance of the $MSTR token.

We're incentivizing holders to hold for a longer period of time by producing a large Bitcoin treasury and distributing funds once they pile up over multiple months.

Assuming the price of Bitcoin remains stable over the next 3 months, there are two possible outcomes:

Outcome A: The price of MSTR skyrockets and holders get rewarded with additional Bitcoin from the treasury, growing their bags even more.
Outcome B: The price of MSTR depreciates, in which case the Bitcoin treasury provides relief for holders at the distribution event.

Distribution Events

A distribution event will occur every 3 months. This is to build up the treasury to a substantial size so we are not distributing small amounts to holders, and to incentivize holder growth by making the community hold longer.

Every 3 months, we'll distribute 50% of the total treasury so it's never depleted. Let's say there's 3 BTC in the treasury - we'll distribute 1.5 BTC among all holders based on their percentage. If a holder owns 2% of $MSTR, they'll be entitled to 1% of the total treasury.

When will the first distribution event occur?

The first distribution event will occur 3 months after the initial treasury building begins. That means the first distribution will occur on December 22nd, 2025. The timelapse will allow us to accumulate a meaningful Bitcoin treasury for distribution.

How is my share of the treasury calculated?

Your share is calculated based on your percentage holding of $MSTR tokens. For example, if you hold 2% of all $MSTR tokens, you'll receive 1% of the total Bitcoin treasury during each distribution event (50% of the treasury is distributed each time).

What happens to the remaining 50% of the treasury?

The remaining 50% stays in the treasury and continues to grow with new Pump.fun fees and Bitcoin accumulation. This ensures the treasury is never fully depleted and can continue growing over time.
